1. Shipping Coverage

We offer domestic shipping within Pakistan to all areas serviced by our courier partners. This includes all major cities such as:

2. Estimated Delivery Times

3. Shipping Charges

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched
  • Business days are Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

5. Order Tracking

6. Packaging

All Khan Herbals products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use secure, tamper-proof packaging materials. Our herbal products are packed in airtight, moisture-resistant packaging to maintain freshness and quality during transit.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order:

  • The courier will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the package will be returned to us
  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping charges
  • Please ensure you provide an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout
