  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • The original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Important: Due to the nature of herbal and consumable products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or have broken seals. This is to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund as follows:

We will inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days of receiving it.

Refund Issued

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Bank Processing

Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

Notification

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
